Simple Solutions - Democratizing Big Business.

Corporatism gives Capitalism a Bad Name and I'm Sick To Death Of It!!!! And To Make Maters Worse 80% Of Big Business are Run By Corporatism.

Ugh! So, Today, I come up with a Simple Solution to Fix This. My big idea is to simply Democratize Big Business. Let the workers/employee's vote for the Leaders, not the Boards.

Okay, Here's how this will go - First things first, the Fed Must get involved to Force these Companies to adopt this. And if they don't or do, but stop, it'll cost them 50 Million Dollars in what I call "The Corporate Consequences Clause".

I Really Don't like Government Overreach, in fact I Hate it. But, in order for my Solution to get implemented, the Government must Force it on those Hardheaded, Ego-maniacal Corporate Executives. Unfortunately, It's the Only way.

And with that, The U.S. Government will create a Corporate Overwatch Department to check in on these Businesses. Again, I Hate this part, but it's necessary. 

Anywhoo, the process would go like This - Executives (from any position, except for the chairman and CEO) have can "run" for CEO and Board Chairmen. And it'll be up to the Employees (Not The Board of Directors) to vote for Who they think are the best choices.

Now, there Will be term limits - 8 Years. And once their terms are over, they can never run again. There's also the "Recall Option", which allows Unsatisfied Employees to recall the CEO and/or Chairmen in a Majority Vote.

Also, Only Employee's 21 and Over can vote. And like I said, failure to implement or continue this Solution, Will result in a 50 Million Dollar Fine by the U.S. Government.    

Not bad huh?  This Simple Solution, I believe, is the best way to curb any Corporate Greed and Stupidity and Hopefully will stop the Leftards from bitching. Heh.
