For this edition of Simple Solutions, I'm gonna be tackling another Controversial topic - Policing!! It's something that has been considered an "iffy" thing as of late where many Americans don't trust the Cops anymore. And Yes, there Are Bad Cops out there, there are also more Good Ones. People tend to forget about that fact due to the Mainstream Media and our Garbage Education System.
I, Myself, am a strong supporter of our Men and Women in Blue, but will call out the Bad Cops when they rear their ugly heads.
Well, I have put together a simple 5-Point Grand Plan for Police. And this can be applied to All Police Departments around the Country.
#1 - Re-Fund the Police and have the various Local Departments use the funds to make Reforms.
#2 - Standard and Thorough Testing for All wannabe Cops to make sure the Person is Qualified to be a Cop.
#3 - A 3 strike rule for all Current Cops, who do a Not-So Good job or even a Bad One. If they get all 3 strikes, they'll be Fired. Same goes for any Future Cops too.
#4 - Organize each State Police Forces into Units. And have them use the Appropriate Unit for the Appropriate Situation.
As for the Units themselves, there would be the Heroes Unit (for search and rescue), Domestic Unit (that handles domestic stuff), the Justice Unit (which handles basic crimes, such as theft, grand theft, public assault, bank robberies. murder. etc.), the Captain Planet Unit (which will be dedicated to fighting local polluters and litterbugs), the Beat Unit (for basic patrol and human relations/interaction), The Gang Unit (which will handle basic gang-related activity) and The War Unit (which will handle the most extreme criminals like cartels and mega gangs).
And #5 - Have each Department Establish a Good Working and Personal Relationship between the Cops and the People.
And that's how, I'd reform Policing in America. Now that the Political Stuff is done (for a while, at least) I can Finally get to the Fun Stuff.
So, until Next Time, guys, Punch a Nazi, Kick a Commie, Resist Modern Attitudes and Stay Gold.
