Here are my Simple Solutions for Business
1 - Employees Get Payed What They're Worth. They Do The Job Well, They Get Payed Well, They Do a Poor Job, Tey Should Be Paid Little.
2 - Replace Unions With a Morality System. Treat People Right, Get Rewarded, Don't Treat Thm Well, Pay A Nasty Price.
3 - Balance The Budget. Sort Out Where the Money Will Be Used.
4 - Keep Prices Fair. If the Product didn't cost much to produce, Keep their sale cost low. If the Product was expensive to produce, Then,and Only Then, you make them expensive. Basic Economic Common Sense.
5 - No To Big Board of Directors. Keep the Board Tiny.
6 - Never Let Wallstreet or The Sponcers Dictate Your Product.
7 - Keep Dpecial Interest Firms Out. These guys cause Nothing but Trouble. Period.
8 - Strong Marketing. A great Advertisement of the Product is always a great thing. Weak Advertising leads to a product very few will care for, no matter how good that product is.
9 - Always Give The Customers Quality Products. No one likes things that are cheaply made. Make sure the Product is tested Before you market and sell it.
9 - Always Give Employees a Healthy and Safe, or at least, Good Work Enviroment.
And Those are My simple solutions for Business. Not bad huh?
